Every itinerary we design starts with a blank page and is then carefully sculpted to fit the unique travel styles and standards of its travellers. The process is a very creative and collaborative experience between our trip designers, our travellers and their travel agents.

LET’S TALK!

We’ll arrange a time to have a chat with you. We’ll bounce ideas back and forth, we’ll get a feel for what you’re looking for and you can fire away with any questions or doubts you may have.

TAILORMADE PROPOSAL!

We’ll send you a proposal that we’ve created especially for you!

FINE-TUNING!

With plenty of correspondence and personal contact we will fine-tune your experience until it’s just what you’re looking for!

CONFIRMATION!

When you are ready to confirm your trip with us, we will ask you for a 20% deposit to reserve all your services with our partners.

BALANCE DUE

The remaining balance for yout trip will be requested 30 days prior to travel.

TRIP DOCUMENTS

4 weeks prior to travel we will send you your final detailed itinerary, together with relevant tickets, vouchers and our recommendations for each destination.

Finally your trip is here! Your Tailormade trip concierge will be in regular contact with you during your holiday!

Once you’ve arrived home, we will be in touch to ask for your feedback and for ways in which we can keep improving what we do!
