One of the most exciting projects we have been involved in recently actually had very little to do with tailormade travel! Our director, Sam Lister, was asked to present a TV programme focusing on Andalucian gastronomy and culture.
The audiovisual company behind the project, Andalucia Multimedia, were looking for someone with expert knowledge of the region, it’s history and gastronomy and with English as their native language to present the series. With many years experience in the region as a guide and travel designer and with a great network of friends and contacts in the gastro world, they felt that Sam was just the guy for the job!!
Andalusia is one of the main agricultural production regions in Europe. Due to its size, climate, soil types and varied ecosystems, it produces a huge variety of products. It’s like a small continent in itself!
In addition, it has a rich cultural and natural heritage, thanks to a long and diverse history and the legacy left behind by the numerous civilizations that settled here over the centuries.
This cultural and gastronomic smorgasbord is the reason behind the creation of a TV series of undeniable appeal to a broad audience.
